All products sold by CleverDuck3D are made to order and many are personalised specifically for each customer.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight layer lines, minor surface marks, colour differences, or small cosmetic variations may occur. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, however actual colours and finishes may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

For personalised products, customers are responsible for ensuring all customisation details, names, spelling, dates, and other submitted information are correct before placing an order.

CleverDuck3D is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during personalisation.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Once production has started on personalised or made-to-order items, orders cannot usually be cancelled.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Customers agree to provide current and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors or incorrect information has occurred.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

As many products are personalised and made to order, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted unless required by law.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
