As many of our products are made to order and personalised, production and dispatch times may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and customisation requirements.

By placing an order with CleverDuck3D, you agree to the terms outlined below.


PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are made to order and typically dispatched within 1–7 business days.

Personalised or larger custom orders may require additional production time.

During busy periods, holidays, product launches, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping cost: £3.99
  • Free shipping on orders over £60

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping cost: £6.99

EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING

Standard International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping cost: £14.99
  • Free shipping on orders over £120

Please note that customs charges, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Tracked International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping cost: £24.99
  • Free shipping on orders over £120

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use trusted shipping providers including Royal Mail and other courier services depending on package size, destination, and shipping method selected.

Shipping methods may change where necessary to fulfil orders efficiently.


TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Some lower-cost shipping services may not include full tracking.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates once an order has been dispatched.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges applied by their country.

CleverDuck3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Refused international deliveries due to unpaid customs charges may not qualify for a refund.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

CleverDuck3D is not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

However, CleverDuck3D cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Claims for lost parcels may require customers to wait for the courier investigation process to complete.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately.


MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

As products are made to order, processing times begin after payment is received and confirmed.

Personalised products cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.

Please carefully review all personalisation details before submitting your order.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcels
  • Refused delivery

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Refunds for returned parcels may have original shipping costs deducted.
